How to use
For complete instructions, see included instruction manual. 1. Place and tighten the cuff on your left, bare wrist. Leave 0.4–0.6" between the wrist cuff and bottom of your palm. 2. Sit comfortably and rest your wrist on the table. Raise your hand to so the cuff reaches the same level as your heart. 3. Press the "Start/Stop" button. The monitor will start inflating. Check the measured values after measurement is finished.
