- Photo ID
- For OTC card purchases: your card. The allowance balance is checked at the register.
- Transferring from another pharmacy? Just bring the bottle or tell us the name + dose — we'll handle the call.
What customers ask us.
My plan is on the list. Do I still need to call?
No. Bring your card on your first visit — we'll run the claim live at the counter. The list above covers about 99% of the prescription coverage in our service area.
What if my plan rejects?
We'll tell you in real time at the counter. Most rejections are fixable — wrong member ID, missing prior auth, an alternate dose required. Our pharmacist will explain and walk you through what's needed.
Do you charge a fee for filing claims?
Never. Filing the claim is part of filling the prescription.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card online?
You can try: online, HSA and FSA cards run as a regular debit card, so whether it goes through is up to your plan. Some plans decline online purchases or ask you to send a receipt. Every order receipt itemizes your purchase and marks the FSA/HSA-eligible items. OTC allowance cards work in store only.
Is the cash price ever cheaper than my insurance?
Sometimes. We check both and ring up the lower one — that's federal law (Rx Pricing Transparency Act). Bring any GoodRx / SingleCare coupon you have; we'll compare.
Ready to transfer?
Submit your current prescription and we'll handle the call to your previous pharmacy. Most transfers ready the same day.
