1. Acceptance
By browsing or buying from gwbpharmacy.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place orders. Some products are restricted by federal or state law and may require additional verification.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at gwbpharmacy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Products, pricing, and availability
We sell over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, personal care, and related wellness products. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and may contain errors or change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, refuse orders, and discontinue products.
Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Read product labels and consult a pharmacist or your physician before starting any new medication, including OTC.
5. Orders and payment
An order constitutes an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we charge your payment method and confirm the order by email. Card processing is handled by Stripe. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping or pickup destination.
6. Fulfillment: delivery, pickup, and shipping
Three fulfillment methods are offered at checkout: free local delivery within select NYC ZIP codes (subject to a minimum order), in-store pickup at 4211 Broadway, Suite 27, or USPS / UPS shipping. Delivery windows are estimates; we are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
7. Returns and refunds
Unopened, in-date products may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Opened OTC medicines and dispensed prescriptions are not returnable, for reasons of drug-supply integrity rather than store policy. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full — tell us within 7 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.

8. Prescription services
Prescription dispensing, transfers, refills, immunizations, and other clinical services are provided through the GWB Pharmacy pharmacy at 4211 Broadway, Suite 27, New York, NY 10033, governed by separate state and federal pharmacy regulations and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to GWB Pharmacy LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute material from the Site without permission.
10. User content
If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Site. You are responsible for what you post and represent that you have the right to post it.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWB Pharmacy LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GWB Pharmacy LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that venue.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
