Description

How to use
1 Sit in a comfortable chair with your back and arm supported. Keep your feet flat and your legs uncrossed. 2 Place the cuff on your arm at the same level as your heart, with the arm resting comfortably on a table. 3 Press the "Start/Stop" button. The monitor will start inflating. Check the measured values after measurement is finished. For complete instructions, see included instruction manual.
