Staff Pharmacist

Staff pharmacists fill and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, give vaccinations and support the supervising pharmacist. Part-time schedules can be built around another position or a family.
What you'll do
- Fill and verify prescriptions accurately and on time.
- Counsel patients on new prescriptions, interactions and over-the-counter choices.
- Administer vaccinations and run pharmacist-led services.
- Resolve insurance rejections and prior authorizations with the technicians.
- Keep the pharmacy clean, organized and compliant during your shift.
What we're looking for
- New York State pharmacist license in good standing.
- Immunization certification (or willing to obtain).
- Community pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Spanish is a plus.
