Cashiers run the front register, help customers with over-the-counter products, stock shelves and keep the store tidy. It is a customer-facing job in a busy neighborhood store.
What you'll do
- Operate the register (Square) and handle cash, cards and benefit cards accurately.
- Greet customers and help them find over-the-counter products.
- Stock and face shelves, check dates and set up displays.
- Keep the front of the store clean and organized.
What we're looking for
- Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable standing for a shift.
- Spanish is a plus.
